Understand the Problem and the User

Do you wonder why organizations seem to keep solving the same problems over and over again and hoping for a different result? This workshop introduces you to a new way of thinking that is built on human centered design (understanding the user not just the problem). Using empathy and building the muscle of creative confidence, each participant will gain insight and tools into a creative problem-solving approach.
