Leadership Begins with Leading Oneself

In a public broadcast, Dr. John Maxwell, a world-renowned leader, shared what he is learning and experiencing firsthand as he leads with hope during this time of global crisis. This two-hour workshop is designed to help you learn practical ways to navigate through times of difficulty and adversity while helping others around you.

We will discuss and explore your values and decisions to help you reflect on practical action steps that will move you towards experiencing greater peace and empowerment as you lead yourself first and others. You will have complete access to the recorded lessons by Dr. Maxwell and a participant guide you can download to take notes and write down your action items as you continue your self-leadership journey.

Authentic, emotionally intelligent leaders will rise above the storms of life, like an eagle, and focus on opportunities to learn and grow as a better version of themselves.
